Liquefied natural gas
(LNG)

  Core Technology

  We are actively absorbing new technologies and equipment at home and abroad, constantly optimizing and innovating technologies, and successfully applying them in engineering practice, and have applied for more than 20 new national patents. The specific manifestations of its technological advancement are:

  1. The application of technologies such as refrigeration, screening, dehydration, dissolution, extraction and separation, high-efficiency catalysts and reactors, and mixed refrigeration make the production of natural gas from chemical plants’ release gas energy-saving, environmentally friendly, efficient, and safe;

  2. The low-temperature storage tank adopts optimized structural design and efficient vacuuming. The getter uses molecular sieve denitrification and palladium oxide dehydrogenation. Its high-efficiency molecular sieve activation technology ensures the adsorption of purge gas during vacuum;

  3. There is a spiral flow guide belt in the high-efficiency vaporizer tube to enhance heat dissipation and vaporization. The tube is tapered in design, with a small bottom and a large top. There is a gas collecting pipe in the upper part, and liquid distributors are installed in the upper and lower parts to ensure liquid inflow. Evenly distributed, gas is exported in time;

  4. Optimize the design of the LNG filling station process to minimize large and small cycles during operation and reduce process heat loss;

  5. Select corresponding BOG recovery solutions according to the characteristics of different LNG filling stations. For example: BOG is reused in the natural gas civil pipeline network, vaporized with liquid nitrogen for heat exchange, then condensed, and compressed into CNG gas.

  6. Advanced control technology ensures the safety, reliability and intelligence of the device.

  Technical team

  It has more than 10 engineering design teams including process, equipment, electrical, fire protection and public engineering engineers as well as project construction management personnel. A total of 12 patents have been applied for, of which 4 have been authorized.

  Resource conditions

  The core members of the design team have been engaged in the design of natural gas preparation and packaging engineering projects since 2008, and have successfully completed the engineering design and general contracting of a number of gas stations, gas filling stations, oil and gas joint construction stations, and industrial gas-to-gas production. The company has developed a pressure vessel equipment manufacturing base for more than ten years, and has a strong technical team and technology accumulation to provide equipment support for the system manufacturing of core LNG storage tanks, vaporizers and small skid-mounted LNG preparation stations.

Photovoltaic industry

  Main technique

  We have a complete set of proprietary technologies in polysilicon reduction furnaces and cold hydrogenation fluidized beds. We have cooperated with German MSA to develop electronic-grade silver explosive composite plate reduction furnaces. The main furnace types include 12 pairs of rods, 18 pairs of rods, 24 pairs of rods, 30 pairs of rods, 48 pairs of rods, using advanced German design and manufacturing quality standards and special welding equipment to ensure excellent equipment quality and give customers a brand new operating experience. The domestic market share of cold hydrogenation fluidized bed equipment reaches more than 90%.

  Technical team

  We have an internationally advanced German design team and a number of domestic expert teams with senior polysilicon production design and operations. We have a talent pool with overseas experience to achieve a seamless connection from German design to Chinese manufacturing. The core team includes: design, explosive composite material preparation, manufacturing, inspection and installation and commissioning personnel, totaling more than 40 people.

  Resource conditions

  Relying on the company's development of a pressure vessel equipment manufacturing base for more than ten years, a strong technical team and technological accumulation, we provide strong supply guarantee for polysilicon supporting core equipment represented by cold hydrogenation reactors and reduction furnaces. Debon Equipment maintains strategic cooperative relationships with more than 90% of major domestic polysilicon customers, providing services throughout the entire life cycle from equipment design to equipment manufacturing to equipment commissioning and operation, as well as subsequent big data tracking analysis and optimization and upgrades.

nuclear power

  Core Technology

  In 2014, our company obtained the design/manufacturing license for civilian nuclear safety metal bellows expansion joint compensator (nuclear safety level 2). In the first half of 2015, based on the full study and analysis of the Nuclear Energy Technology Research Institute of Tsinghua University on the steam generator welding technology conditions of the high-temperature gas-cooled reactor nuclear power demonstration project of Huaneng Shandong Shidaowan Nuclear Power Plant, we took the lead in this project Domestic completion of the 1,000-hour high-temperature endurance test of N06625 matching welding wire ERNiCrMo-3 at 750°C and 178MPa has achieved a historic breakthrough. On this basis, Huaneng Shandong Shidao Bay 2*200KW high-temperature gas Welding contract for the inner and outer cylinder components of the steam generator N06625 heat exchange unit of the cold reactor demonstration project. At present, the high-temperature endurance test is still continuing and is moving towards the 10,000-hour endurance test.

  Technical team

  We have a professional nuclear power product R&D team, mainly divided into materials, molding, welding, non-destructive and other related majors. Nuclear power certified professionals include: 7 welders, a total of 15 projects; non-destructive testing personnel, 8 projects (RT/ PT/LT/VT). At this stage, a research and development team has also been established for the treatment of three wastes of nuclear power. Among them, there are 14 senior engineers, 24 intermediate engineers and 85 assistant engineers. By major: 72 industrial engineering technicians; 98 process equipment technicians; 43 human materials technicians.

  Resource conditions

  At the end of 2014, our company established a nuclear power equipment design/manufacturing quality assurance system based on obtaining the civil nuclear safety metal bellows expansion joint compensator design/manufacturing license (nuclear safety level 2), and completed the preparation of the company's nuclear power quality assurance program , completed the training and certification work for multiple batches of nuclear welders and non-destructive testing personnel.
