  1) CNC 5-axis waterjet cutting machine: The maximum cutting thickness is 150mm, ensuring that the openings of the barrel pipe and other openings and the welding grooves are formed by cold processing at one time. The accuracy and cleanliness of the welding grooves are fully guaranteed, and there is no pollution to the raw materials, no changes in physical properties and Additional stress on welds;

  2) Gas-heated solution heat treatment furnace: the largest solution furnace in East China, with a maximum temperature of 1150°C and a temperature control accuracy within ±15°C;

  3) Advanced plasma automatic welding machine: It can complete the welding work of longitudinal circumferential seams. Thickness ≤14mm can be directly welded without beveling. It has high efficiency, small heat input and beautiful shape;

  2. The industry’s rare ultra-large overall micro-positive pressure clean workshop (constant temperature clean welding workshop) and phenanthroline clean room detect the absence of iron pollution in the air to ensure air quality

  3. Strict quality management system and experienced inspector team, strict separation of black and white, and control of each production link according to internationally accepted inspection and test plans;
