Core Technology
Debon's Separation Engineering Technology Division is mainly committed to developing advanced mass transfer and separation technologies, and designing and producing distillation separation equipment. Its MFV high-efficiency tray technology was developed by Glitsch, Inc. in the United States. Based on the third-generation super distillation tray (Superfrac Tray®), the improved technology has been tested by the American Distillation Research Institute (FRI) to verify its high performance, and has been widely used in crude oil atmospheric and vacuum, catalytic cracking , gas fractionation, hydrorefining, desulfurization, coking, methanol, low-temperature methanol washing, urea, ethylene, alkylbenzene, aromatics, butadiene, acetic acid, PTA and other nearly a thousand tower internals design and technical transformation projects. MFV high-efficiency tray technology includes micro floating valves and fixed valves, bubble accelerators, multi-fold downcomers and many other technologies.
1) Tested by the American Rectification Research Institute (FRI), the MFV high-efficiency tray separation efficiency is 15 to 20% higher than that of ordinary float valves, the processing capacity is increased by 20 to 25%, and it has greater operating flexibility.
2) MFV high-efficiency trays have been successfully used in industrial installations of various chemical companies. So far, this technology has designed and supplied nearly a thousand tower internal components and equipment. The actual use results have verified its characteristics of high throughput and high separation effect. The distillation tower designed or modified using this tray can greatly increase the processing capacity, improve product quality, increase product yield, and reduce material and energy consumption compared with ordinary float valve tray or sieve tray distillation towers.
3) Among them, the micro fixed valve also has the characteristics of anti-clogging and low cost.
Technical team
There are 16 team members in total, including one professor-level senior engineer and several senior engineers, including process accounting, mechanical design, engineering implementation and debugging personnel, and after-sales service managers. Innovation achievements: Currently, we have independently developed multiple series of tower internal parts, including 4 invention patents.
Resource conditions
1) The affiliated engineering company has Class B design qualifications for chemical engineering, petroleum and chemical product storage and transportation, Class B design qualifications for construction engineering, as well as Class A1 (high-pressure vessels), Class A2 pressure vessels and Class GC1, 2, and 3 pressure pipeline design qualifications. We can provide customers with process plans, engineering design and EPC general contracting for the entire separation section. The company has internationally accepted chemical process simulation software, which can provide customers with process flow simulation and parameter optimization of production equipment.
2) The core members of the design team have been engaged in natural gas preparation and packaging engineering project design since 2008, and have successfully completed engineering design and general contracting projects for several gas stations, gas filling stations, oil and gas joint construction stations, and industrial relaxation gas-to-natural gas production projects. .
3) The company has built two experimental devices (a Φ1000mm plate tower and a Φ300mm packing tower) and a stainless steel hydraulic test platform capable of carrying a Φ18-meter liquid distributor, which can be used for the research and development of new tower internals and the study of hydraulic parameters of the distributor.
