It is in line with domestic Compared with the existing technology, the maximum blasting area of ​​a single block is increased by more than 120%; the defective area at the edge of the composite plate is greatly reduced to 5~10mm, improving the yield of metal explosion composite manufacturing. It has multiple independent research and development technologies such as multi-layer one-explosion large-area welding technology and explosive welding energy balance technology. It has applied for 35 invention patents, including 11 authorized invention patents.

Technical team

　　The company has three major scientific and technological work platforms: the Jiangsu Provincial Explosive Welding Engineering Technology Research Center, the Jiangsu Provincial Academician Workstation, and the Jiangsu Provincial Research Provincial Workstation. 　　The company has 8,000 square meters of professional production plants, 3,500 square meters of comprehensive office and laboratory buildings, and a large field explosion site in Huangshan. The laboratory has established an explosive welding laboratory, a heat treatment laboratory, a mechanical property laboratory, a chemical analysis laboratory, a metallographic laboratory, a non-destructive testing room, a non-destructive testing evaluation room, primary and secondary welding material warehouses and archives rooms. It has a 40m³ annealing furnace, leveling equipment table, 9M flat plate docking, automatic polishing machine, X-ray flaw detector, ultrasonic flaw detector, 100T hydraulic universal testing machine, impact testing machine, ferrite measuring instrument, and ten-segment intelligent explosion velocity measurement Dozens of specialized equipment for R&D and testing, including helium mass spectrometer and helium mass spectrometer leak detector.
