The physical experiment and equipment adopt the computer control system, which can record the test curve and the data of each stage in the whole process, and reduce the human influence factors. On the basis of wet analysis of 14 elements of C,S,P,Mn,Si,Cr,Ni,Mo,Fe,Ti,Al,Co,W and Cu, direct reading spectrometer and portable spectrometer were purchased to make chemical analysis faster and more accurate. Able to complete intergranular corrosion tests of 9 national standards; purchased a trinocular continuous variable magnification stereomicroscope, metallographic analysis system, microhardness analysis system, etc.
